Dear Readers,

We are looking forward to our 6th year of providing a safe place for children who have lost a loved one to gather and share.  We serve approx. 60 children ages 7 – 17 and this couldn't be done without our wonderful volunteers and community sponsors.  The children enjoy campfires, hiking, a balloon release and special times to remember moms and dads, brothers and sisters, grandparents, step-parents, aunts, uncles and friends who have died. These children are healthy, creative, amazing kids whose natural abilities to cope with loss, along with true compassion for one another is absolutely inspirational! Thank you to everyone involved with Camp! Great teamwork! We’re looking forward to our Spring camp on May 1, 2010!!!
